At GO media we refer to ourselves not just as a team, but as a family. Some of us have known each other for a very long time. Some are new and fit in like they've always been here. For better or worse, we know we're stuck with each other for a long time to come. We celebrate birthdays, get together on holidays and, like any typical family, fight to the point of "FINE! WHATEVER" before the door slams. But we always make up.
So, like any typical family, we went to Sears portrait studio for our Holiday Card.
We didn't all arrive all at once. Three of us showed up first, to the wonderment of the photographer. So, Jameson (in his thick spectacles, pipe, butterfly collar, leather overcoat and ascott) took it upon himself to inform her who, exactly, we were. For a second, it looked as though she was just going to stare and not answer back, but, with a quiver of her lip, was finally able to mutter, "You're not a family, right, this is for GO…m..m..media? Um, OK."
We quietly corrected her. "Yes, we are GO media….and YES, we are a family."
Eventually we all showed up (some of us are more prompt than others) and the shoot began. Well, it began after the photographer was able to gather her wits and stop laughing long enough to hold the camera steady. The following are the results of our family photo shoot. Enjoy!
