Chad is Co-Founder and Creative Director of GO media. He has over 13 years of marketing and design experience. Chad's design experience includes newspapers, magazines, regional events, and works with Fortune 500 companies, world-renowned museums, State Institutions, and local and regional businesses. Chad received his undergraduate degree from Keene State College (BS 1998). In 2004, Chad co-founded GO media. Chad serves as the Creative Director on hundreds of projects that GO media produces every year. He has been responsible for leading the re-branding and brand development for clients in the education, museum, sports, retail, entertainment, restaurant, health care, and financial industries. Chad's previous experience in business development allows him to have a unique perspective as a Creative Director. He is able to see and communicate from an art and business standpoint. He delivers creative concepts that speaks to the consumer and encourages them to take action. In the fall of 2010, Chad was hired as an adjunct professor for the University of Connecticut Center for Continuing Studies teaching marketing. Alongside other UConn faculty and local business owners, he traveled to Kenya to mentor young entrepreneurs as a part of a U.S. State Department funded cultural exchange program. Chad is active in many area non-profits. He has served on various marketing committees including; The Greater Hartford Arts Council and First Night Hartford. He currently serves on the marketing committee for the Greater Hartford Jewish Community Center. Chad serves as Co-Director of the Youth Basketball League in West Hartford, CT, Junior Division (10-12 year olds) and has been coaching basketball for the past 12 years. He was honored as Man of the Year in 2010 for his leadership in the Basketball League. Jameson is Co-Founder and Media Director of GO media. He has over 16 years of advertising and marketing experience. Jameson's experience in selling and buying media gives him a unique perspective when it comes to negotiation and added value in developing marketing plans. Prior to GO media, Jameson received his undergraduate from Seton Hall University (BA 1994). He was an account executive at New Mass Media and sold advertising for five weekly newspapers. In 1998, Jameson became Advertising Director responsible for building, managing and reaching a multi-million dollar advertising budget. During his time at New Mass Media he worked with a number of large advertising agencies, as well as local and regional businesses. In 2001, Jameson was one of a select few responsible for selling Connecticut Tribune Properties. He negotiated and implemented multi-media marketing plans for businesses and advertising agencies that included media buys on FOX 61, WB20, ctnow.com, The Hartford Courant and the Advocate Weekly Newspapers. In 2004, Jameson co-founded GO media. Jameson is GO media's in house market and media research analyst. He has been using research tools including Scarborough, Arbitron, Nielsen, and the Media Audit for more than ten years to develop effective media and marketing plans. In addition, Jameson is responsible for the strategic media planning and consulting for a wide variety of clients. Jameson has developed and implemented successful media plans for a wide range of clients including The Yale Center for British Arts, State Farm Connecticut, the Jorgensen Center for Performing Arts, The Hartford Restaurant Group, Baby's World and Kids Room Too, Philip David Jewelers, and UConn Athletics. Jameson has been a member of the Advertising Club of Connecticut, and has dedicated his personal and professional time helping many local charities and events. Jameson serves on the committees that benefit the Connecticut Children's Medical Center, the Channel 3 Kids Camp, Swim Across the Sound, the Connecticut Humane Society, and the UConn Children's Cancer Fund. Paula has more than 16 years of experience in advertising and marketing. Paula has varied experience having worked with top collegiate athletic programs, professional athletes and coaches, non-profits, private schools, medical professionals, and both local and regional businesses. Paula received her undergraduate degree in Sports Marketing (BS, 1995) and graduate degree in Sports Management (MA, 1997) from the University of Connecticut. As Vice President, Paula's main responsibilities include client relations and marketing strategy. She has consulted with numerous start-up companies, revamped advertising campaigns and budgets, and provided long term critical marketing plans to enhance business growth. Paula currently serves on the marketing committee for the Boys & Girls Club of Hartford, the organizing committee for the West Hartford Center Kidscard, the Archbishops Annual St. Patrick's Day Breakfast, the FACS Invitational Golf Tournament in Shelter Harbor, and the Geno Auriemma Fore the Kids Golf Tournament. In addition she is an active volunteer in the music and development departments for her children's school. Jana is a graduate of SUNY Albany with a B.A. in Communications and Central Connecticut State University with a M.S. in Organizational Communications and Public Relations. Jana has worked with some of the top financial institutions in the country including United Healthcare, Aetna and The Travelers. She brings over five years of experience in marketing, communications, and client management in the insurance industry. She has extensive expertise in communications audits, writing and editing. Utilizing her diverse background, Jana is able to ensure effortless flow of client projects from inception to completion. Jana also serves as an Adjunct Instructor in Interpersonal Communications in SBC Farmington. Jason is a key part of the creative department at GO, and he has over ten years of experience in the design field. Jason began his career in Hartford, and after three years of work here, moved to Lake Tahoe, California where he worked for a highly respected design and printing company. While there he dealt with clients from all walks of life; world-class ski resorts, environmental agencies, expedition companies, Olympic and professional athletes are just a sample of his client contacts. Having such a diverse client base has allowed Jason to gain experience at all levels of the design process. Cheshire received his undergraduate degree from Keene State College (BS 1998). In the spring of 2011, he will be traveling to Kenya alongside UConn faculty, to mentor young entrepreneurs as a part of a U.S. State Department funded cultural exchange program. Nicole Steneri is a recent addition to the GO media creative department. She has over three years of design experience, and also is an accomplished photographer. Nicole brings unique insight to the GO media team, with experience in many facets of the image making and marketing communication industries. She has designed for numerous non-profit organizations including local community outreach programs, CRIS Radio, and The Jett Foundation for DMD (Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy); always delving deeply into campaigns thru concept and development until completion. Utilizing her background of art, design, and communication she develops solutions for creative collaboration at GO. Nicole is a graduate of the University of Hartford and holds a degree in Visual Communication Design and Communication, with a concentration in Advertising (BFA 2008). Steve is a graduate of Rhode Island College with a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science. He began his career as an application developer at SurveyGizmo, helping this small startup build up to be an eventual market leader in the online survey market niche. After honing his skills as a Web and application developer at a mid-sized agency in Hartford Connecticut, Steve started Green Arrow Interactive, an interactive application development company. During his time at Green Arrow, Steve worked with numerous clients nationally and internationally and produced unique interactive solutions including the patent-pending Onimer™ system and Linkstr™. Recently, Steve teamed up with GO to help them diversify their interactive portfolio and capabilities. Steve's passion for technology, and foresight into emerging technologies, have been the key to his successful career. An advertising agency's biggest asset is its creativity.
